Management Team
Tony McKenzie President
Founded InterSkills in January 2001. Prior to InterSkills, Tony was Senior Vice President for the Enterprise Support Line of Business for a well respected global IT Professional Services and Application Software company. He was responsible for providing a full range of products and services on a global basis to a large and well established client base.

Prior to taking over the Enterprise Support Line of Business, he was President and co-founder of CPL WorldGroup, a respected US IT Staffing Services company with offices on four continents and a corner stone in the success of the Enterprise Support Line of Business.

Before moving to the USA in 1991, Tony was the Managing Director of the largest and most highly regarded IT Staffing Company in South Africa. He joined the company in 1979 as an Account Manager and took over as Managing Director in 1986. Between 1975 and 1979, he worked through the ranks of the IT industry from programmer to Systems Analyst at a large international Insurance Company.

Tony McKenzie holds a diploma in Marketing Management through the University of Witwatersrand Graduate School of Business Administration and a diploma in Business Administration through Eden Management School. In addition to numerous IT courses, he is a certified International Personnel Consultant through the International Confederation of Personnel Service Associations.

Derek Brigden – Senior Vice President
A highly accomplished IT executive with 30 years experience in operational and Professional Services management.

Derek has a solid technical background, starting in the industry in 1970 as a programmer and worked his way through the traditional IT ranks to IS Development Manager for a large bank.

In 1980 he joined a company responsible for marketing and supporting the worlds leading Database and Programming technologies where he was a highly successful software salesperson.

Derek moved to the United States in 1987 and joined Software AG as an area manager. He left the company at the end of 1998 where his final position was Vice-President Operations and Services and the CIO.

Before starting InterSkills with Tony McKenzie in January 2001, Derek worked for a small services and staff augmentation company where he was instrumental in putting them on a successful growth path.
